EXCHANGES

We offer a hassle-free exchange policy to make sure your Bright Swimwear pieces fit you perfectly. Here are the details:

  • You can request one free exchange per order.
  • Orders with sale items (FINAL SALE) or a discount of 25% or more are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchanges.
  • You have up to 30 days from the delivery date to request an exchange.

To proceed with an exchange:

  • Send an email to hello@brightswimwear.com and clearly indicate "exchange" in the subject line.
  • Include your order number and specify the style and size you would like to change to.

Our dedicated customer support team will respond to your request within 24 business hours.

RETURNS

If you need to return an item, please note these guidelines:

  • Due to hygiene safety reasons, we cannot allow returns for refunds to your original mode of payment. Full refunds for returns will be issued via store credit only. Any request for a refund to your original mode of payment will be subject to approval for exceptional circumstances, and a fee.
  • Contact us within 30 days of the delivery date stated on your order.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached. It should also be in the original packaging.
  • Orders with sale items (FINAL SALE) or a discount of 25% or more are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns.
  • Once you have used your one free exchange, you cannot request a return with store credit.
