returns & exchanges

At Bright Swimwear customer happiness is what makes our business thrive, and we work day in & day out to improve our service and swimwear.

EXCHANGES:

Bright Swimwear offers a one of a kind free exchange policy where we at Bright pride ourselves with the Brightest bikinis on earth, which we, of course, want to make sure the pieces you receive will fit perfectly.

- Limited to one exchange per customer.
- Orders with 25% discount and above are considered FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for an exchange.
- Orders with sale items (FINAL SALE / BLACK FRIDAY SALE / CYBER MONDAY SALE) are considered FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for an exchange.
- You can only request for an exchange in your order up to 30 days after the delivery date.

Proceed by:

- Send an email to hello@brightswimwear.com and mark it as “exchange” 

- Include your order number & which size you would like to change to

RETURNS:

Contact us within 7 days of the posted delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused or unworn and in the same condition that you received it with the tags on. It must also be in the original packaging.

A 20% restocking fee will apply.

Refunds will be issued within 5 working days upon receiving your package in the mail. 

Returns will be refunded as store credit. 

You cannot request for a return + store credit once you have consumed your limited (1) free exchange.

We will not cover the shipping costs when an item is being returned. Please note sale items are final sale and are NOT eligible for return.

Sale items (FINAL SALE / BLACK FRIDAY SALE / CYBER MONDAY SALE) include items purchased with a discount of 10% or more are NOT eligible for return.
