FREE EXCHANGES | EASY RETURNS


At Bright Swimwear customer happiness is what makes our business thrive, and we work day in & day out to improve our service and swimwear.

Bright Swimwear offers a one of a kind free exchange policy where we at Bright pride our self with the Brightest bikinis on earth, which we, of course, want to fit perfectly on you hence our one of a kind free exchange policy for swimwear.

Limited to one exchange per customer.

You can currently only change the sizing your suit and / bikini.

Proceed by:

  • Send an email to hello@brightswimwear.com and mark it as “exchange”
  • Include your order number & which size you would like to change to.
  • You will then receive further instructions and a RAN (Return Authorization Number)


We want you to be completely satisfied with your new swimwear,, therefore, we’ll gladly accept an  exchange of any item subject to the following conditions:

- The item must be exchanged within 30 days of purchase;

- Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached;

- Must not be marked as a Last Chance/Sale item on our website. Sale items can only be returned in cases where the product is faulty or the incorrect item is received.

- Must not have any dirty marks, makeup or fake tan marks

- Must not smell of perfume, deodorant, cosmetics or washing powder

- Swimwear can be returned if it is unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and protection stickers attached.

- Underwear must be worn when trying on swimwear for hygiene reasons.

- Please note that all swimwear that is sold in a set must be returned in a set.

Returns:

We’ll gladly accept unworn and unwashed items on brightswimwear.com for return within 30 days of the purchase on all full priced items. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. We recommend that you ship with a tracking number.

For returns, we only issue store-credit.

**Refunds will only be issued if the item is deemed faulty and the item cannot be replaced**
