how much does delivery cost?

Bright Swimwear offers free shipping on all orders.

*for some countries where the regular postal network is not reachable then we will ship the bikinis via UPS at a rate of $20 USD.

 

what payment methods does Bright Swimwear accept?

Currently we accept Credit Card Payments and Paypal. If you would like to arrange payment via another method, we are happy to try and assist your request!

is it safe to purchase from the Bright Swimwear e-commerce?

Absolutely! Bright Swimwear is based in Stockholm, Sweden managed and run by Swedes. Bright Swimwear uses GeoTrust Secure Socket Layering (SSL), an encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. We do not store any credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party.

However, if you are still concerned with placing your order, please contact hello@brightswimwear.com and we will contact you regarding an alternative method to place your order!

how can I change or cancel an order?

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us at hello@brightswimwear.com within 8 hours of placing your order.  We will not be able to make any changes beyond that period.

when will my order arrive?

We generally deliver all orders in 3-5 working days

There may be the occasional delay due to Customs Clearance processes which are out of our control

Bright Swimwear uses your local postal network for all orders.

 

how can I track my order?

When your order is shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number. If you did not receive this email, please email hello@brightswimwear.com

what is a pre-order item? can I cancel a pre-order item?

A Pre-order item is one that you order before we have it in our inventory.  You may cancel up until the time your order has been processed.  To cancel, you may e-mail us at hello@brightswimwear.com

will I have to pay duties on my order?

You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.

Please be aware that Bright Swimwear does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to.   We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.  

Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by Bright, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.

how do I take care of my swimsuit?

Do not fold or iron.  Rinse after contact with salt water or chlorine.  Hand wash with cold water, using mild, gentle soap.  Lay flat to dry. 

what is your return policy?

Extended Returns - To accommodate for the holiday and gifting period, all orders placed from 26th November, 2020 will have until 8th January, 2021 to request an exchange or refund.

Returns Policy

We offer 14-days hassle-free return for your bikini.

The item/s must be in original condition with returns tag and hygiene seal remaining in place.  Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements. 

Bright Swimwear offers a full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).

All returns can be sent to our Returns Warehouse based in the United States.

how do I request a return?

Requesting a return has never been this easy!

We offer 14-days hassle-free return for your bikini.

To initiate a return, simply email us at hello@brightswimwear.com using the e-mail address used to process your order within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Once your RA Number is assigned, the product must be received back by Bright Swimwear within 14 days.

Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs. 

Once the items have been received, we will send your new piece/s out or you will receive your refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).

Bright Swimwear cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.

what if the item I receive is faulty or damaged?

We work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality. However if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us at hello@brightswimwear.com so we can urgently review the matter for you!
