Bright Swimwear return policy.


We’ll gladly accept unworn and unwashed items on brightswimwear.com for return within 30 days of the purchase on all full priced items. If you would like to return your order, please send an email to hello@brightswimwear.com and mark it as RETURN for instructions on how to proceed.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your new swimwear, therefore, we’ll gladly accept a   return of any full priced items subject to the following conditions:

- The item must be exchanged within 30 days of purchase;

- Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached;

- Must not be marked as a Last Chance/Sale item on our website. Sale items can only be returned in cases where the product is faulty or the incorrect item is received.

- Must not have any dirty marks, makeup or fake tan marks

- Must not smell of perfume, deodorant, cosmetics or washing powder

- Swimwear can be returned if it is unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and protection stickers attached.

- Underwear must be worn when trying on swimwear for hygiene reasons.

- Please note that all swimwear that is sold in a set must be returned in a set.

- Orders must not have used a discount code greater than 20%.

-  A 20% restocking fee will apply on all returns.
