RETURNS REQUIREMENTS

Thank you for shopping with Bright Swimwear. While we hope that you will love your merchandise if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase of full-priced merchandise, we will gladly accept your unopened/unworn items within 15 days* of the delivery date. Sale items and items purchased using any discount code, are all FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange

  • All returns require an RMA; merchandise sent back without an RMA will not be accepted.
  • All sale and discounted items, accessories, and clearance items are FINAL SALE, and cannot be returned.
  • Any items with a discount greater than 10% are FINAL SALE, and cannot be returned or exchanged, including promotional codes and incentives used on full priced items.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receiving your RMA.
  • There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns.
  • Returns will be processed within 10 business days of receipt.
  • Merchandise must have all tags and liners attached and returned in original packaging.
  • Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. It is at Bright’s discretion to decide if the returned suit has been soiled. If a suit is determined to be soiled, it will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
  • Please note: Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable..
  • ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns.

RETURNS PROCESS

  • We can not accommodate exchanges at this time. Please return your full priced items for a refund, and place a new order for desired items.

FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEMS

Bright Swimwear guarantees its clothing to be free from damage or manufacturer defect for the first 30 days from date of order as long as you follow our care instructions. Bright’s suits are delicate and experience normal "wear and tear" over time. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your merchandise and we will happily exchange the unwashed/unworn item for a replacement at no cost.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

To keep your new bikini in the best condition we recommend that you avoid sitting on or up against rough surfaces - keep a towel handy and keep your bum comfy! After a dip in the ocean or pool, rinse bikinis off with freshwater. This keeps your suits looking vibrant. Swimwear is not made to be thrown in the washing machine. Instead, hand wash your bikini with mild soap in cold water. Most of our colors will not bleed but to be safe please do not mix light and dark colors while washing. Line dry or dry flat, do not wring, twist, or iron. Always avoid contact with oils, sunscreen, and heavily chlorinated pools.
